Most industrial garage doors are Jackshaft style opener. It's the most common type in non-residential setting...

I recommend a Liftmaster 8500. I have two of them, one in my 2-car and one in a high-lift configuration for my 14' 3rd car garage. They're quiet, DC motor, and secure with automatic locking deadbolt once closed. Optional is the battery backup, I haven't bought it (I keep a key lock/hidden in my shed). And Internet gateway, which I have but rarely use...

This. The only thing to consider.

If you go with a traditional overhead model as opposed to Jackshaft style, highly recommend belt drive. Much smoother and quieter.

I ended up pulling the trigger on this one. Excited to have a belt drive for the first time ever. No more fucking noise. I can sneak up on my dog and wife.

                Lifetime belt warranty FTFW!i

I never thought I'd love a garage door motor. The features on this thing are rad.
