    Week 3 strength leg day here.

    - Squats
    - Weighted lunges
    - Stiff legged dead lift
    - Calf Raises

    Finished out with 10 minutes of abs.

      Found two gyms where I will be vacationing that offer 5 day free trials. Gonna get my pump for free!

        Wanted to spice things up a bit these last 10 weeks of my bulk. Trying to gain as much weight and strength as possible before I lose my gainz during turkey season.

        Running PH3, a daily undulation periodization program that involves squatting and benching 3x a week and deadlifting 2x a week. Currently on week 2.

        And because I'm stubborn, I won't be taking the scheduled rest days. My rest days come when work interferes or my body tells me no. I'm already adapted to real high volume so I don't think it will be an issue.

          I decided to work out four days in a row so I could take my birthday off. Tomorrow back at it with bench and deadlifts.
          5/3/1 on lifting days. Functional fitness stuff every other day.

                      YEAHHHHHH buddy. Feels good.

                      I feel like I'm starting from scratch because my weight is so low, but I'm pushing myself and adding weight and or reps everytime (depending on the day).

                            Did chest day yesterday and today my rhomboid major is killing me. Had the wife rub me down with ben-ghey last night and did solonpas while sleeping. Still frigging killing me today!
